Stefan Platter is the Director of Europe, Africa and the Middle East for the Seabury APG. Mr. Platter joined the firm in July 2004, after working as an aviation planner and management consultant, where he developed an expertise in new market research, route planning, and process optimization and engineering.

Mr. Platter is responsible for APG client relationships in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Seabury APG, Mr. Platter held positions as head of Market Research and Long Term Planning at Austrian Airlines and as Senior Management Consultant at SynGroup. While at Austrian Airlines, Mr. Platter was responsible for researching new Eastern European and Middle Eastern destinations, and for developing network planning and data analysis software. Mr. Platter also served as representative for Austrian Airlines on several Star Alliance committees and Network & MIDT working groups. Mr. Platter's projects at SynGroup included developing planning software, trim optimization, and increasing profitability through process engineering and cost cutting across departments at several European cardboard mills.

Mr. Platter holds a masters degree in International Business Administration from the University of Vienna, Austria. He has taught courses on Management Science at the University of Vienna's Institute for Business Administration, and is fluent in several European languages, including English, German, Italian, and Spanish.
