Damon Hylton is a Vice President with the Seabury APG. Mr. Hylton is an expert in airline planning data sources, tools and forecasting methodologies, and has over 15 years management experience in the aviation and transportation sectors. From 2000 to 2006 he was Senior Director of Market Planning and Sales Distribution at Hawaiian Airlines, where he managed a large portion of the carrier’s commercial activities. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Hylton worked at Continental Airlines, where he held senior positions in Revenue Management, Finance, and Route Planning. Mr. Hylton was responsible for the addition and expansion of routes ranging from domestic markets served with regional aircraft to noteworthy new international routes; and has been a regular attendee to the route planning conferences for a number of years.

Immediately prior to joining Seabury APG, Mr. Hylton was Director of Marketing for Hawaii Superferry, where he played a significant role in launching the company; including developing and leading the company’s advertising, promotions, brand management, e-commerce, frequent traveler, pricing and revenue optimization.

Mr. Hylton was an active member of the Hawaii tourism marketing and development community including being a member of committees with top tourism officials and corporate leaders, and speaking at multiple events including the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) and Travel Weekly Hawaii Leadership Forum. Mr. Hylton has been quoted in numerous television, radio, magazine and newspaper articles.

Mr. Hylton has a B.B.A. and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
