Joel Antolini is Senior Vice President of Seabury APG and is Head of the
firm's Airport Advisory practice. He advises large-, medium- and
small-sized airports on air service development issues, including but
not limited to the following:

Today, Mr. Antolini leads an airport practice that includes several domestic and international airports--including names like Philadelphia (PHL), Las Vegas (LAS), Orlando (MCO), Auckland (AKL) and Vienna (VIE). All told, Seabury APG’s efforts over the last four years have helped lead to nearly three dozen new routes for its airport clients. Additionally, the vast majority of Seabury APG airport work is from repeat customers, clearly indicating a high-degree of customer satisfaction for the firm's airport advisory services.
Prior to joining Seabury APG, Mr. Antolini directed US Airways Route Strategy group, where he developed the initial phase of the carrier's major Caribbean expansion, rationalized the carrier's low-fare subsidiary, MetroJet, and optimized the airline's Washington-National/Washington-Dulles/Baltimore strategy. Mr. Antolini's final position at US Airways was Director of Marketing Planning, where he focused on maximizing passenger revenue through strategic marketing and advertising campaigns. Major endeavors included expanding the carrier's e-marketing effort, developing several profitable marketing partnerships aimed at optimizing retail ticket revenues and implementing numerous direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns.
Mr. Antolini holds an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and a B.A. in Philosophy from Hamilton College.
