TAM Airlines is the largest Brazilian airline and is traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Based in Sao Paulo, the airline operates a scheduled service to domestic and international destinations. These destinations include, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, Peru, Venezuela and the United States. The Airline also operates to some European destinations.
Founded in 1961 by five former air-taxi pilots with 5 Cessna aircraft, the company has grown to operating a fleet of 107 jet powered aircraft. TAM serves over 80 destinations using a combination of Airbus, Boeing and McDonnell Douglas aircraft.
APG, previously as IEM AirFinance B.V., became the Lessor of four newly delivered A320-200 aircraft by a sale and lease back transaction.
