GA-Finance is a Dutch based independent asset finance company dedicated to selected niche markets within the aviation industry and the renewable energy sector. Within the target markets, the company is active as financial advisor, structuring transactions and arranging equity and debt as required, and as investor, purchasing assets that are either leased to clients or operated for own account otherwise.

The company has been active in the regional and business aviation markets since 2003, advising airlines and business jet owners and arranging debt and equity financing on their behalf. Besides, GA-Finance has been building its own lease portfolio of regional and business aircraft.

APG provides pre-purchase and Lease Management Service to GA Finance. In particular, APG manages the leases for various ATR 42 and 72, while on lease to their respective Lessees throughout Europe. This service includes invoicing the lessee, reporting to the lessor and keeping a check on the aircraft technical status and records.
