Easyjet is a low cost airline based at London Luton Airport, UK. It is now one of the largest low-fare airlines in Europe, operating domestic and international scheduled services to 104 European and North African airports. Easyjet has a fleet of 141 which comprises of Airbus A319-100s and Boeing B737-700s. All of their aircraft cabins are configured in a single class, high density layout.

Easyjet employs just fewer than 5,000 people and is a publicly listed company. In 2007, the airline posted after tax profit of 152.3 million. The airline currently operates 387 routes.

APG has a long standing relationship with Easyjet through its previous engagement with IEM AirFinance B.V. as a Lessor. APG managed the Pre-Purchase Inspection and the Maintenance Exposure Analysis, for various ‘owners-to-be’, on Boeing B737-700s which were either owned by EasyJet or on lease. APG also supported various Lessors or Financiers with Letter of Intent and Lease Contract Negotiations for potential Sale and Lease back transactions.
