Air Pacific has been serving the South Pacific since the late 1940s. The Airlines is Fiji’s International Airline, 51% owned by the Fiji Government. Headquartered in Fiji, the airline offers freight and passenger services. Air Pacific operates a fleet of Boeing B737NGs, B767-300s and B747-400s.

Air Pacific is committed to acquiring five Boeing 787-900 Dreamliners, with a further three purchase-rights. Delivery of the first of these new technology aircraft is expected in 2011.

In 2007 alone, over 838 thousand passengers travelled with the airline. Air Pacific relies on the tourism inflows to Fiji as their primary revenue source.

APG has a Technical and Portfolio Management Agreement with the Lessor of two B747-400’s on lease to Air Pacific.  During February 2008 APG was involved in a lease extension negotiation for both B747-400’s.
